  Nice atmosphere but the staff aren't up on cleanliness like most of their stores. They should take the time to clean from time to time and restock the straws and napkins in a timely manner. I know it gets busy and the staff is rushing to get orders done. However, customers are rushing too. We deserve quality service and a cleanly place to get a coffee.

  How do you screw up a Starbucks? I mean it's pretty much cut and dry. Here's how: hire kids who play around behind the counter, ignore customers asking questions, fill drinks only 3/4 of the way up, serve as slowly as possible while still playing and joking behind the counter, and most importantly, keep the place as filthy as possible. Keep up the good work, Englewood Starbucks.
